Friday Shuffle:
Welcome to the Earlville Opera House…
…check-in for Songwriter/Players begins in the Lobby at 4:00 PM.
…welcome address from the Shuffle Master in the Arts Café at 6:00 PM.
Time for chow and meeting some Peers and Distinguished Faculty…
…dinner in the Arts Café starts at 6:15 PM.
Faculty show time…
…our Distinguished Faculty introduce themselves and share some of their music from the Main Stage.
…beginning 7:00 PM.
Next on the Historic 1892 Main Stage…
…you – our Songwriter/Players!
…Open mic for you and any original song you wish to share!
…maybe we can head off to get some rest before 10:00 PM!
Saturday Shuffle:
There will be four (4) Saturday Song Development Periods…
9:00 AM – 11:15 AM
11:30 AM – 1:45 PM
2:30 PM – 4:45 PM
5:00 PM – 7:15 PM
There will be three (3) Song Development Sessions going on concurrently during each Period…
…in each of three (3) Spaces: the Main Stage, the Green Room, and the Workshop.
…each space has a different character and will be equipped with different instruments and other gear. The Main Stage, for example, will have a baby grand piano and a 4-piece drum kit, whereas the smaller spaces will have some more compact gear.
Your Song will get its own Song Development Session…
…four Periods x three Spaces = twelve (12) Song Development Sessions…which means one (1) Song Development Session will be devoted to the Song brought by each of you - the twelve (12) Songwriter/Players.
You each will be shuffled…
…into a different Ephemeral Band each Saturday Period (Yes! You will be in four (4) different bands!)…
…into different Spaces as appropriate for each Band and Song…
…into different roles in each Session. You will be the Songwriter in one (1) Session and will support the Songs and Songwriters in your other three (3) Sessions with any skills and inspirations you bring to the adventure!
You and your Song will experience new ideas and new people…
…each Ephemeral Band will have people who are new to you, and who have different talents and perspectives…
...each of our Distinguished Faculty will make a drop in visit to each Song Development Session…
…get ready to experiment with grooves, intros, bridges, harmonies and other seasonings and highlights to deliver your song with impact!

There will be four (4) Sunday Song Rehearsal Periods…
…rotate through the same Songs, Spaces and Ephemeral Bands as Saturday for a half-hour refresher:

9:45 AM – 10:15 AM
10:30 AM – 11:00 AM
11:15 AM – 11:45 AM

Song Reveal Party…
…starts at 2:00 PM in the Earlville Opera House Historic 1892 Landmark Theater, where many a music legend has performed.
…your Song under the stage lights, with its own Ephemeral Band and new arrangement!
…open to the public; small donation suggested.
On the road again…
…things in the Historic 1892 Landmark Theater should wrap up around 3:30 PM.
